PM dedicates key water supply projects benefiting hundreds of villages in North Gujarat

Modasa: The Prime Minister today dedicated key water projects in Arvalli district of north Gujarat that would ensure sustained water supply to hundreds of villages of this area. The Prime Minister also dedicated a highway road and launched works for a state-of-the-art GSRTC bus-port in Modasa town.
– The PM dedicated Rs 552 crore Vatrak – Mazum – Meshwo reservoir oriented water supply projects benefiting 121 villages of Bayad taluka, 98 villages of Malpur taluka, 46 villages of Dhansura taluka and 50 villages of Meghraj taluka – in total 351 villages plus 8 lakh strong Bayad, Malpur and Meghraj towns.
– Mazum reservoir oriented water supply project is now benefiting 186 villages of Modasa, Meghraj and Dhansura talukas.
– Meshwo reservoir oriented water supply project is now benefiting 107 villages of Bhiloda and Meghraj talukas.
– The PM inaugurated Rs 71.50 crore sub yard of Bajkot APMC.
– The PM dedicated Rs 52 crore road from Rajendranagar chokdi to Modasa.
– The Prime Minister also launched works for Rs 75 crore iconic bus port project.
