Chennai Gujarati Samaj presents Rs 12 lakh flood relief cheque to Gujarat govt

Gandhinagar: A prominent organization of Gujarati community in Chennai, the capital city of Tamilnadu, Chennai Gujarati Samaj today handed over a cheque of Rs 12 lakhs for the flood relief/rehabilitation work in Banaskantha-Patan districts in Gujarat to chief minister Vijay Rupani.
President of the organization Rameshbhai Bhatt and other officer bearers met CM Rupani and handed over the cheque meant for Chief Minister Relief Fund for relief/rehabilitation work in flood affected areas of Patan/Banaskantha districts.
Notably, several organizations across the country and from abroad have contributed generously for the cause.
