Ahmedabad: After the meeting with sulking DyCM Nitin Patel at the residence of Daskroi BJP MLA Babu Jamna Patel this evening, Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama said that the meeting was fruitful.
In a brief interaction with media after the meeting in which Revenue Minister Kaushik Patel and MoS Home Pradipsinh Jadeja and some other senior BJP leaders and ‘messengers’ of BJP high-command were also present, Chudasama said that the meeting was fruitful.
Without divulging any details he said the the issue would be resolved in two days.
Notably, Nitin Patel angry over his said insult and snatching of some of the key portfolios mainly the creamy one of Urban Development and Urban Housing, has not taken charge of his office as yet.
He had confined him to his private residence in Thaltej area of the city where many Patidar leaders had a meeting with him amid hectic activities. He had clarified that he was not going to leave BJP which he had served for 40 years. He had put his points before the high command.
However after his meeting with RSS leader Chintan Upadhyay and BJP treasurer Surendra Patel, he went to Daskroi MLA’s place in the evening to participate in the meeting which lasted for around 45 minutes.
