Rajeev Satav appointed incharge of Gujarat Congress replacing Ashok Gehlot

Gandhinagar: Lok Sabha member from Maharshtra and Rahul Gandhi confidant Rajeev Satav has been appointed as in-charge of Gujarat Congress.
Satav was incharge of Saurashtra region for assembly elections last year in Gujarat. Congress had made better performance in Saurashtra in the elections.
Satav will replace Ashok Gehlot on this post.
The Congress party statement signed by Janardan Dwivedi said: The Congress President Shri Rahul Gandhi has appointed Shri Rajeev Satav, MP as the AICC incharge of Gujarat with immediate effect.
