Chaitar Vasava has 13 FIRs against him under over 30 IPC sections in 3 police stations

Bharuch: AAP MLA and Lok Sabha candidate for Bharuch seat, Chaitar Vasava has 13 police complaints against him so far.

10 complaints were filed against him in Dediapada police station, while 01 each in Rajpipla, Kevadiya and Sagbara police stations.

The sections under which Vasava was booked include IPC 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 354A, 504, 503, 115, 116, 120b, 395, 427, 450, 354A, 506(2), IT Act 2008, 67A, 188, 269, section 51B under Disaster Management Act, 506(2), 452, 153, 397, 306, 186, 189, 332, 353, 386, 294, Arms act section 25(1)(A), 505(1)(B), 506(1), 174, 269, 117 among others.

Firing in the air, loot, attempt to murder are some of the offences registered against Chaitar Vasava. Charges are framed against him in 10 cases, starting from 2014 to 2022.

Rajpipla court ordered six months simple imprisonment and Rs. 1,000 fine on 23 May last year. Chaitar was indicted for thrashing a political opponent in Sarpanch election and cause injuries on nose and lef arm by using burning wood stick. DeshGujarat
