Bharuch: Soon you may enjoy the view of world’s tallest statue from the sky. Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Ltd(TCGL) has planned a joy ride service offering aerial view of Statue of Unity.

Around 10-15 minute helicopter joy ride is likely to start later this month. It will be operated for three-month period on experimental basis.

According to S.J.Haidar, Principal Secretary for Tourism department, the service is likely to be launched on December 31st. It will continue till 31st March. It will be extended or discontinued later based on the response it attracts during three-month period. So far three companies have expressed interest in this service.
