Chief Minister of Andijan region of Uzbekistan meets Gujarat CM

Gandhinagar: Shukhrat Abdurakhmanov, Chief Minister of Andijan region of Uzbekistan, today paid a courtesy visit to Gujarat Chief Minister Vijaybhai Rupani in Gandhinagar.
Abdurakhmanov has arrived in Gujarat to participate in the 9th edition of Vibrant Summit to be held from January 18.
He presented Rupani a traditional dress, cap, belt and sword of Uzbekistan. The meeting between two leaders was also graced by the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Nitinbhai Patel.
Abdurakhmanov invited Rupani to visit his region in Uzbekistan. Rupani thanked him for Uzbekistan becoming partner country for the Vibrant Summit.
Rupani and Patel presented a replica of State of Unity to Abdurakhmanov.
The meeting was also graced by Kailashnathan, Chief Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Secretary Ashwin Kumar and others.
