Gujarat government to move two bills in the assembly on Monday

Gandhinagar: Gujarat government will move a resolution in the State assembly on Monday on reelection of Prime Minister Narendra Modi led BJP government in the Centre. The resolution will be moved by MoS Pradipsinh Jadeja. Speaker Rajendra Trivedi has allotted 90 minutes time to this matter under rule 120.
The Government will also move two bills tomorrow.
Revenue minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama will move year 2019 Gujarat Disturbed Area Act amendment bill ( ગુજરાત અશાંત વિસ્તારોમાંની સ્થાવર મિલકતની તબદીલી પર પ્રતિબંધ મૂકવા તથા તે વિસ્તારોમાંની જગ્યામાંથી ભાડૂતોને ખાલી કરાવવામાંથી રક્ષણ આપવા અંગેની જોગવાઇ કરવા બાબતનું સુધારા વિધેયક ). Chudasama will also move Gujarat Land Revenue (Amendment) bill 2019.
