Gujarat govt imposes disturbed area act in Limbayat and Rander police station areas of Surat city

Surat: MoS Home, Pradipsinh Jadeja today announced State government’s decision to imposed disturbed area act in Limbayat and Rander police station area of Surat city. Jadeja said the decision has been taken in response to representations made by local people of these areas. He said a notification has been issued in this connection after consultation with State revenue minister Kaushik Patel. Jadeja said Surat city police commissioner and district magistrate’s opinions were also considered by Chief Minister before taking this decision.
