Gujarat Chief Minister’s remark ahead of start of Gujarat Assembly Monsoon Session 2020

Gandhinagar: A five-day monsoon session of the Gujarat Assembly started today here. The session will see introduction and passing of 20 bills and will also see two and half hours long discussion on the situation of Covid-19 pandemic in the State. The MLAs who are detected Covid-19 positive are not attending the session. All MLAs, journalists and others including Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister were tested for Covid-19 ahead of the session. In order to maintain physical distancing, several MLAs have been given seat in vewers’ galleries.
