First glimpses of how Lothal National Maritime Museum would look like

Gandhinagar: Indian Port Rail and Ropeway Corporation Limited (IPRRCL) has invited bids for Design and Construction of National Maritime Heritage Complex at Lothal in Gujarat through Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode. Total cost of the project is estimated at Rs. 340 crore. Completion period of the project is 30 months as per the RFQ (Notice for Request For Qualification) document. Lothal site is located at about 76 km distance from Ahmedabad city. At present, the site has old museum with very limited exhibit.
