Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat has announced recruitment of 100 young journalists in Information department. The posts to be filled include:

8 posts of Deputy Information Director class-1

15 posts of Assistant Information Director (Sampadan) class -2

15 posts of Senior Sub Editor class – 3

621 posts of Information Assistant class – 3.

The process of online application has started with effect from 22nd January and will continue till 21st of February through https://ojas/gujarat/gov.in .

For the posts of class-1 and class-2, masters degree holder journalism passed out candidates from UGC approved college/institute can make application. For class-3 jobs, those who have passed masters/bachelors degree or post graduate diploma degree can apply.

The recruitment process for class-1 and class-2 posts will involve prelim exam, main exam and interview. For class-3 recruitment, the process through merit list will involve prilims and main exam. DeshGujarat
