Controversial SP Swami served show cause notice proposing his expulsion from 6 district

Bhavnagar: Gadhda based Swaminarayan mandir saint SP Swami has been served notice for ban on his entry/presence in six districts – Botad, Bhavnagar, Rajkot, Amreli, Surendranagar and Ahmedabad. Deputy Collector of district has in a notice issued to Swami sought reply from Swami that why he shouldn’t expelled from six districts. The notice is pertaining to breach of public notification and year 2007 road dispute that involved SP Swami.
Controversial swami remains in news for different reasons, be it his protest against alleged mode of temple trust election or visit to Congress leader Hardik Patel to offer him juice when on fast, or masterminding blocking of late Pramukh Swami’s entry into old Gadhda temple or occupying the office of Gadhda Mandir by placing his aide, or holding a car rally ahead of the assembly election in attempt to defeat the BJP, or visit of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to the temple ahead of assembly election and many other issues.
SP Swami has meanwhile stated that he is in process to take legal advice of his lawyer in connection with the notice. Swami is also mulling to go to court if required. DeshGujarat
