Night curfew in four cities of Gujarat during 10 pm to 6 am

Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat has taken a decision to implement night curfew in four major cities of the State – Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat and Rajkot daily during 10 pm to 6 am with effect from March 17. This decision will be effective till 31st of March. For 16 March, night curfew will be effective during 12 midnight to 6 am.
The State recorded 890 fresh cases of Covid19 in a day as per the latest bulletin of health department yesterday evening. Active cases in the state are over 4700. Four major cities where night curfew is already effective for 12 midnight to 6 am daily, are witnessing highest number of cases compared to other places in the State. The government has in its latest decision declared today has extended night curfew time for two more hours. Night curfew would now start at 10 pm instead of 12 midnight. DeshGujarat
