Amit Shah to visit upcoming 900-bed DRDO hospital on Friday

Ahmedabad: Union home minister Amit Shah is going to visit upcoming DRDO hospital which is being readied at Gujarat University Exhibition hall in Ahmedabad. Shah will visit the upcoming facility at 4.00 pm on Friday, April 23. A 900-bed covid hospital will have facility of oxygen and ICU beds. It will be expandable to further 500 beds. On the request of Gujarat government, Ministry of Home Affairs (which comes under Shah) has decided to depute 25 doctors and 75 paramedics from Central Armed Police Forces at this upcoming DRDO hospital.
