Surat: Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) has appealed to people with Asthma in the city to stay in home isolation amidst the current pandemic situation, as Ashtma patients are more vulnerable.

SMC has stated in a note that people having Asthma must be cautious in the ongoing COVID situation and they should stay in home isolation and avoid going out of their homes and meeting others physically.

Home-quarantine is necessary for the people with Asthma because Covid-19 infection can be life-threatening for them, advised SMC in a note. DeshGujarat
