Chotila: Ram Shekhawat, State President of Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena has been sent to judicial custody after his remad ( police custody ) was over.

Shekhawat was booked for delivering provocative speech at Kathi community maha sammelan near Chotila about four months ago.

A complaint was filed against him by Chotila Police on June 16, following which his arrest was made. The court had sent him to police custody (remand) till Monday.

Police produced Shekhawat in court with jumbo security and police bandobast. Shekhawat’s lawyer had filed bail plea which was opposed by police. The court rejected Shekhawat’s bail plea and sent him to judicial custody (prison). DeshGujarat
