Gandhinagar: Daily 50,000 to 60,000 persons are tested for Covid-19 infection in Gujarat, out of which 15-30 are recorded Covid positive. The figure is so low because of covid appropriate behavior of the people which should continue during the festival and vacation season, said State Health department of Gujarat government today in a press conference of Health Secretary. 53 per cent of total eligible persons in the State are now fully vaccinated against Covid-19, the Health secretary said adding that 91 per cent of total eligible persons have received first dose.
