Surat Police nabs one who faked his identity as Hindu boy and abducted a minor Hindu girl

Surat: Puna Police in Surat has nabbed one Malik Mohammad for allegedly abducting a minor Hindu girl after luring her by identifying self as a Hindu.
The accused Malik Mohammad (Age: 21 years) lives in Narayan Nagar in Bhaiyanagar and works in a textile mill in the same area. He had allegedly lured a 17-year old girl originally from Uttar Pradesh but residing in the same area of Surat. As per police, Mohammad had given his fake identity to her using a Hindu name ‘Rahul’. The accused also had a tattoo over his hand showing his fake Hindu name Rahul.
The Hindu girl’s family informed the Puna police about the abduction, following which the police had started investigation. The police have filed a crime against the accused under abduction and ‘anti-love jihad’ acts. The police found and nabbed the accused and rescued the girl. The accused’s mother is Hindu and father is Muslim and he has studied till class 10th. The Hindu girl belongs to a well-to-do family. DeshGujarat
