Surat: A photograph of Sarvajanik Medical Trust run Lokhat hospital in Surat has gone viral.
In this photograph, a notice can be read that each non-Muslim patient will need to pay half the cost of medicines due to lack of donation and therefore the relief given on medicine is no more applicable.
Apparent discrimination between Muslims and Non-Muslims at this Trust run hospital has triggered discussion at social media platforms.
The hospital is located in Rampura area of Surat. It is led by Chairman Hajee Ibrahim Dada.
