Ahmedabad among world’s seventh cheapest cities as per latest EIU ranking

Gandhinagar: Ahmedabad is the seventh cheapest city out of 173 cities across the world as per the Worldwide Cost Of Living Index Report released by Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU).
Ahmedabad city has received 37 points and it is on the 167th position in the ranking of the costliest cities in the Worldwide Cost Of Living Index. The cheapest city out of the 173 cities is Damascus city of Syria with 12 points in the Index. The costliest city out of the 173 cities is Tel Aviv in Israel as per this index.
The ranking of the costliest cities as per the price of petrol is also declared in which there are no any metro cities of India. The highest petrol price is in Hong Kong in the list. DeshGujarat
