Sabarmati: According to Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC), there are five fresh cases of covid infection with omicron variant recorded in Ahmedabad city. All five are women including an 8 years old girl child. Two of them are from Congo in Africa, one is from Tanzania in Africa. One Omicron infected woman came from Dubai while another one from United Kingdom. All these patients are admitted to Designated Covid Hospital and their contacts are home quarantined.
