Gujarat govt launches several e-initiatives on Good Governance Day

Gandhinagar: On the occasion of Sushasan Divas (good governance day) to mark the birth anniversary of later Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel launched several e-initiatives of his government in order to make governance more pro-people and easier.
The Chief Minister launched eSarkar, an application that would complete the tasks in hours instead of 15-30 days they take at present, said a note released by the State government.
Also launched was an enterprise application platform and mobile app under the water supply department.
The Chief Minister also launched a portal for transit pass approval by Forests and Environment department. He also launched a mobile application (maru ration – maro hakk) under the food, civil supply and consumer affairs ministry of State government.
E-Kutir portal was launched under the department of Cottage industries (Kutir Udhyog).
New services were also launched under the Revenue department for online approval to Jamin Mahesul Adhiniyam section 73(AA) permissions, availability of property card’s digital sealed copy and digitally signed copies of documents registratered after year 2019 and offline in initiatives such as removal of deadline for construction after non agriculture permission, reduced time limit of 10 days for 135/D notice, land revenue code-73 AA approval process online.
Concluding function of Good governance week (Sushashan Saptah) will be held at Rajkot on 31st of December in presence of Chief Minister and his cabinet. DeshGujarat
