Gandhinagar: Central government’s weather department IMD has released forecast of unseasonal rains in parts of Gujarat on 5-6-7 January.

Day 1

(Valid from 0830 Hrs. IST of 05/01/2022 to 0830 Hrs. IST of 06/01/2022):-

Light rain very likely at isolated places in the districts of North Gujarat region namely Banaskantha, Sabarkantha, Patan and Mehsana and in Kutch district.

Dry weather very likely in all the districts of South Gujarat region, Saurashtra, remaining districts of North Gujarat region and in Diu, Daman and Dadra Nagar Haveli.

Day 2

(Valid from 0830 Hrs. IST of 06/01/2022 to 0830 Hrs. IST of 07/01/2022):-

Light to moderate rain very likely at a few places in all the districts of North Gujarat region; in the districts of Saurashtra- Kutch namely Dwarka, Porbandar, Jamnagar, Rajkot, Morbi, Surendranagar and Kutch.

Dry weather very likely in all the districts of South Gujarat region, remaining districts of Saurashtra and in Diu, Daman and Dadra Nagar Haveli.
