Trustees of a mosque in Surat booked after Namaz on road blocking traffic

Surat: Limbayat Police here has registered a complaint against five trustees of Masjid – e – Nurul – Islam under the sections pertaining to breach of public notification and epidemic act over blocking the road outside the mosque for mass prayer (Namaz). The trustees of mosque Khalid Ansari, Zia Ull Hakk Ansari, Sajid Hamid Sheikh, Aslam Shaukat Ali Ansari and Ayub Sadiq Ansari, all residents of Mazda Park in Limbayat are booked. It is alleged that the trustees had sent extra number of those who gathered for namaz on Friday inside the mosque to occupy the road for the same.
