Illegal U.S. immigration agent held in Kalol after an incident of firing

Gandhinagar: An incident of firing took place in Kalol over payment for illegal entry in America. None was injured. An agent who sends the people illegally to America was held. Police is probing this case.
Vishnubhai Maneklal Patel, a resident of Maruti Bungalow in Panchvati area of Kalok runs grocery shop. His friend Mahesh Vyas introduced him to an agents Rutvik Vijay Parekh (resident of Sardar Patel Nagar in Shastrinagar area of Naranpura, Ahmedabad). and Devam Gopalbhai Brahmbhatt( Diamond Green apartment, Chandkheda, Ahmdabad) for sending Vishnubhai’s niece Vishal and wife Rupali to America.
The deal was finalized for Rs. 1.10 crore for a couple. The tickets arrived on February 4. According to Vishnubhai, he was told that the agent will come to see the presence of Rs. 10 lakh with him. Half the payment will need to be made when the couple reaches America, while rest of of the payment will need to be paid in one and half month. Rutvik had dropped the couple to airport while Devam had accompanied them to Delhi.
As per the instruction by Delhi based main agent, Rutvik, Raiyan and two other persons reached Vishnubhai’s house later and demanded payment. To this, Vishnubhai argued that money had to be paid after the couple reaches America. Agitated in the course of argument, Raiyan shot at Vishnubhai. However the bullet hit a sofa set. Hit by a mobile phone thrown by Vishnubhai’s son, Raiyan and others escaped the place. However Rutvik had injury in leg and he was caught.
