Sonia Gandhi has been living in this spacious Lutyens zone government bungalow, 10 Janpath, for close to 3 decades. The bungalow had been allocated to former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi on 19 January 1990. After his death, it was allocated in the name of Sonia Gandhi on 22 May 1991. However rental charges of merely Rs. 4,610 remain unpaid for months!
