Ambassador of Poland visits Morbi

Morbi: Delhi based Ambassador of Poland today visited Morbi town of Gujarat. The ambassador reached Mayur palace on Tuesday where Manoharsinh Jadeja, the manager of the palace welcomed him.
The Ambassador told media persons that during the second world war, the ruler of Morbi had given shelter to painters of Poland and gave them protection. The painters during their stay here made varieties of paintings that are preserved here with support of the Government of Poland.
The Ambassador also visited Darbargadh and Mani Mandir in Morbi and had Gujarati food. DeshGujarat
