Police prohibit people from taking cars to Dumas beach
May 30, 2022
Surat: The police have forbidden people from taking their cars up to the beach in Dumas. A large parking lot has been created near Dumas beach and people will have to park their cars there before going to the beach.
The police say that they have to face lot of difficulty to salvage a car stuck in high tide at Dumas beach. After many such incidents, and considering that the sea will also have a very high current owing to the monsoon season, we will not allow any car to proceed beyond the Ganesh Mandir.
Anybody found taking their car up to the beach will be penalized. DeshGujarat.
