Chhota Udaipur: The Chhota Udepur police have created a facility of WhatsApp video calls for people living in far-flung areas who otherwise would have to travel long distances in order to meet police officials at the SP office with their complaints. Many people are so poor that they do not even have sufficient money to pay transport fares to reach the SP’s office and the video call facility will prove to be a boon for all such people.

In this new video calling facility, the aggrieved person can first get in touch on 9978405233 with a WhatsApp video call and register details such as their name, address and the issue they would like the police to resolve.

Then on each Wednesday and Thursday, the SP office will contact the aggrieved person based on details he has registered at the SP office via WhatsApp video call. The SP will listen to the person’s complaint in person during this WhatsApp video call and take appropriate action for solving the person’s problem. DeshGujarat
