Atlanta: The Chamber has organized a three-day exhibition in Atlanta to encourage the textile industries of Surat. Stalls displaying yarn from Surat to finished fabric have been put up at the exhibition. The Chamber claims that foreign buyers have fallen in love with the fabrics from Surat.

Saturday was the second day of the Global Textile Trade Fair organized by the Chamber. Many foreign businessmen have evinced interest in establishing trading ties.
