Gandhinagar: Anti-corruption Bureau (ACB) Gujarat has nabbed Talati cum mantri of Sakhvaniya group gram panchayat in Malpur taluka of Aravalli in a bribe case of Rs 1000.

The complainant approached the accused Talati Jayeshbhai Jethabhai Parmar to issue the marriage registration certificate of his sister. The accused told him that he will have to find the old records as the marriage took place in 2014 and demanded a bribe of Rs 1000.

The complainant contacted ACB as he wasn’t willing to pay the bribe. The accused was found taking a bribe of Rs 1000 during a trap executed by ACB. The accused is detained. DeshGujarat
