108 ambulance team saves life by boarding a tractor in a difficult area

Bhuj: The team of an 108-ambulance saved the life of a person in Bhuj by reaching the spot in a tractor.
The 108-ambulance team got a call saying that an unknown person was lying in a semi-conscious state in a farm in Panjrapol area at Nagor road near Bhuj due to heavy rain. The 108-ambulance was unable to reach inside the farm. So, 108-ambulance employee Shailesh Rathod and pilot Hiren Chitrodiya, with help of Darshanbhai Rajgor, arranged a tractor. They reached the spot along with stretchers with the help of locals.
After reaching the spot, the team found that the patient became semi-conscious due to cold because of being constantly in heavy rain. His body temperature was controlled using plastic cover and body warming with advice of 108 center doctor. He was admitted to GK General Hospital in Bhuj for treatment. Thus, the patient survived.
