Gandhinagar: BJP State President C R Patil attacked Arvind Kejriwal about Anna Hazare’s letter. Patil in reply to a question said, “Today, Anna Hazare Ji has realized his mistake of trusting Kejriwal, and that’s why he has written this letter to Kejriwal.”
“Earlier the liquor stores used to be closed for 31 days now this limit has been cut down to 3 days by the AAP govt, it seems there has been a huge transaction involved. They have also decreased the age limit for drinking. As a result, Anna’s trust has been broken, which lead him to write this harsh letter.” Patil said.
The state BJP chief further said, “In an old video, Kejriwal is sitting beside Anna Hazare. He is heard saying, that there is something wrong with the seat of power, so even if some party emerges from Anna’s movement, the person sitting on the chair will be corrupted. Today, he has proven his words right.”
To conclude Patil said, “Arvind Kejriwal was already a mess, today also he is a mess and in the coming days to harm the whole nation he will make more mess.”
Kejriwal’s former mentor Hazare had written a letter yesterday criticizing his government’s liquor policy. Anna in his letter said that it seems that Kejriwal after getting drunk on power has forgotten his own ideals.
“It seems to me that the new policy will lead to increased consumption of liquor and will give rise to alcoholism, and liquor vendors will come up in every lane. This will lead to an increase in corruption,” said Hazare. “Like addiction to liquor, there is an addiction of power and it seems that you are drunk on it,” Anna Hazare wrote in his letter.
