Police books 3 for robbing mobile phones of migrant labourers

Ahmedabad: Vithalapur police nabbed the gang allegedly robbing the mobile phones of migrant labourers in the Vithalapur area of Mandal taluka in Ahmedabad.
The police have nabbed three accused Shravansinh Ranubha Dabhi (age 26, lives in Shihori, taluka Kankrej, district Banaskantha), Rohitsinh Ravatsinh Solanki (age 18, lives in Madhavpura, Kankrej taluka) and other local man and seized 6 mobiles, bike, and cash.
The gang allegedly targeted outstate labourers for robbery at night at the highway around Vithlapur and Jalisana at Vithalapur- Becharaji highway. Two persons, Amit Rajesh Yadav, and Saurabh Dwarkaprasad Yadav were walking to a Rajasthani Dhaba on the highway in front of Parsotambhai Colony in Jalisana to have a meal at around 10.15 pm on 29th August. The three accused arrived there on bikes at the road towards Shitcraft company and threatened to kill them after showing a knife. They robbed Rs 10 thousand cash and mobile phones of both persons and escaped from there. Vithalapur police nabbed both a few hours after filing the complaint. DeshGujarat
