Gandhinagar: Gujarat government has permitted loud speakers and public address systems to function till midnight (12.00 am) during Navratri and Dussrehra this year. The time limit otherwise was 10.00 pm as per the Noise Pollution (regulation and control )Rules 1000.  The decision has been taken by the Home department on 21st September.
