Gandhinagar: Gujarat BJP chief CR Patil today while replying a question attacked Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal over calling Gujaratis as Kans ( a demon whom Bhagwan Krishna eliminated) and speaking continuous lies.

“I have never seen a liar like Kejriwal. He is Chief Minister and on responsible post but the way he keeps lying, it’s difficult for me to react. He said he was born on 16 August 1968. Janmashtami was on 15 August 1968. If he requires to lie even over such things I can’t understand,” Patil said in reference to Kejriwal’s last evening remark in Vadodara in which he had stated that he was born on Janmashtami and the God had sent him to finish off all descendants of Kans.

Patil in a reply to a question also criticized Kejriwal for calling the people of Gujarat as Kans. Patil said – “he(Kejriwal) called Gujarat people as Kans. The people of Gujarat are kind, otherwise they would ban his entry (in the State). To tell that Gujarat people are Kans and then visit Gujarat to seek votes, it is possible only here, dare to do this in some other place. I think he (Kejriwal) should control his speech and stop lying.” DeshGujarat
