PM Modi held longest and largest roadshow in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad : Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a road show in Ahmedabad yesterday. The roadshow was themed as Pushpanjali Yatra because the PM paid tribute to statues of various great persons on the route.
Perhaps the longest in India, spanning around 50 kilometers, the roadshow passed through 14 Vidhan Sabha seats, 13 from Ahmedabad and 1 in Gandhinagar.

Over 10 lakh people attended the road show. The public enthusiasm and affection was evident in the fact that it took around 4 hours to traverse this distance.
Bhartiya Janta Party sources said that the public response was way beyond their expectations as more than 10 lakh people turning up.
