Kankaria: Ahmedabad Municipal corporation (AMC) has revised the timings of the ongoing Kankaria Carnival due to Covid protocol.

The entry to the carnival has been cut short to 8 PM, which was earlier allowed till 10 PM. The officials plan to wrap up the carnival activities by 9:30 PM, given the heavy rush.

Due to Covid circumstances, this annual week-long festival is back after two years. According to the sources, the AMC officers are determined that Carnival takes place with proper COVID protocols. About 100 people have volunteered to go around with a mega phone and remind people that they follow the Covid SOPs. DeshGujarat
