Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel welcomed the state budget for the financial year 2023-24 presented today by Finance minister Kanu Desai. The Chief Minister especially took note of new items in the budget such as Rs. 1500 crore high-speed corridors, Rs. 1900 crore lift irrigation Narmada coverage to Kutch, Index A for the Agriculture sector & more.

Gujarat BJP chief CR Patil reacting to the Gujarat budget 2023 said, “This is the largest-ever annual budget of Gujarat and not a single Rupee of fresh tax burden is there. Old tax rates too are kept unchanged. A roadmap for next 25 years will boost the speed of development in the State.”
