CNG dealers strike in Gujarat postponed
March 02, 2023
Ahmedabad: Indefinite Strike by Compound Natural Gas (CNG) dealers in the state has been postponed and will not begin on March 3. The reason for this development is the positive approach shown by the Gujarat Goevnemt towards the demand of CNG dealers.
Earlier this week, the Federation of Gujarat Petroleum Dealers’ Association (FGPDA) had announced that all of the CNG dealers in the state will go on strike for an indefinite period from March 3rd. The FGPDA had decided to stop the sale of CNG for an indefinite period, as the dealer margin for CNG sales has not increased for the last 55 months, despite repeated representations in this matter. The dealers of Gujarat Gas were also supposed to be part of this strike. DeshGujarat
