Kiran Patel Case: PRO in Gujarat CMO resigns after his son gets summoned

Gandhinagar: After his son was summoned in a case related to fake PMO official Kiran Patel, Hitesh Pandya, an additional public relations officer (PRO) in the chief minister’s office, resigned from his post on Friday.
According to sources, Pandya, who had been working in the CMO for about 20 years, was asked to vacate his post after his son Amit Pandya was summoned by J&K Police in the Kiran Patel case. Kiran Patel was arrested in Jammu and Kashmir for posing as an officer of the Prime Minister’s office.
Pandya met CM Bhupendra Patel on Friday and handed over his resignation. DeshGujarat
