Ahead of Baroda Dairy by-poll, one of Directors join BJP

Vadodara: Ahead of the by-election for the post of Chairman and Vice Chairman of Baroda Dairy, one of the directors of the dairy, Kripalsinh Maharaul has left the Congress party and joined BJP. Kripalsinh is from Sankheda in the Chhota Udepr district. He serves as the Director of Baroda Dairy for one and a half decades. On Monday, he joined the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the State party headquarters Shri Kamalam in Gandhinagar.

A by-election of Baroda District Co-Operative Milk Producers’ Union Limited (Baroda Dairy) will be held on 13th April for the posts of the chairman and vice chairman of the bank for a short term. A 2.5-year term of the board of directors of Baroda Dairy will end on 5th July. The vice chairman and acting chairman of Baroda Dairy GB Solanki had resigned, following which the posts of chairman and vice-chairman are vacant. DeshGujarat
