Gujarat Flying Club in Vadodara relaunched with 5 new planes

Vadodara: The Gujarat Flying Club in Vadodara has been relaunched with five new planes.

The club commenced with the “pujan” of a new double-engine plane, at the hands of Vaishnavacharya Vrajrajkumarji, three days ago. The Sudani family from Surat has introduced the most affordable flying training program in the country at the club. The club will commence charter flights to Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat, and Amreli. The fleet consists of five planes, including six-seater double-engine planes, two-seater planes, and four-seater planes. As a result of the club’s operations, Vadodara Airport is projected to generate an annual revenue of Rs 22 lakh.

The club will provide one year of commercial pilot training in Vadodara at a cost of Rs 39 lakh. Individuals with a minimum qualification of Class 10 can pursue a three-month training program at a cost of Rs 12 lakh to become hobby pilots.

Pulkit Sudani, a 25-year-old member of the Sudani family, has launched the start-up after completing studies in the USA. The club will engage in assembling, testing, and manufacturing planes in Amreli, which will be imported from foreign countries. Additionally, a plane service station will be established at Vadodara airport. DeshGujarat
