Gandhinagar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy to very heavy rains in Kutch and parts of North Gujarat on June 17 and 18. Additionally, light to moderate rain is forecasted in several parts of Gujarat from June 17 to June 20.

According to IMD bulletin “Light to Moderate rain/thundershowers very likely at most places in all the districts of North Gujarat region; in all the district of Saurashtra-Kutch & in Diu; at a few places in the districts of South Gujarat region namely Vadodara, Bharuch, Surat, Valsad, Navsari & in Daman, Dadara Nagar Haveli. Dry weather very likely in remaining districts of South Gujarat region,” on June 17th.

“Light to Moderate rain/thundershowers very likely at isolated places in the districts of Gujarat region namely Dahod, Panchmahal, Mahisagar, Navsari, Valsad and in Daman, Dadara Nagar Haveli,” on June 20th.
