Surat Police nab gangster Sajju Kothari’s son and gambler Arif Kothari’s son with rambo knife

Surat: The Rander police nabbed Hashir Sajid, the son of gangster Sajju Kothari, and Akib Kothari, the son of listed gambler Arif Kothari, in a Mahindra Thar car here in the city. The police found them in possession of a Rambo knife.
The police planned a combing operation following instructions from senior officials prior to Rath Yatra. The Rander police surveillance staff, led by PSI BS Parmar and under the guidance of Rander PI AS Sonara, was patrolling the Rander area. They found a Thar car near Tadvadi Jainab Hospital, with the words ‘Sarkar’ written on the front and ‘AK’ on the back.
Upon investigation, the police identified the occupants of the car as Hashir Sajid (22 years old, a gym trainer residing in Amanat Palace, Jamrukhgali, Nanpura, Athwa), the son of gangster Sajju Kothari, and Akib Kothari (25 years old, involved in share trading, residing in 204, Shalimar Apartment, Jamrukhgali, Nanpura, Athwa), the son of gambler Arif Kothari.
