Bhachau: Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Gujarat has nabbed a Police Inspector and an Additional Head Constable cum PI Writer of Bhacuah Police Station in the Kutch district in the bribe case.

A complainant in this case had taken money on interest and later he was facing harassment over repayment of lent money. When the complainant contacted Bhacuah Police Inspector AB Patel against this harassment by the loan shark, the Police Inspector demanded Rs. 5 lakh bribe for filing a complaint.

As the complainant was not willing to pay a bribe, he contacted ACB, following which a trap was arranged, and on behalf of the accused Police Inspector, his writer Sartgabhai Kanol was caught after he accepted Rs. 5 lakh bribe.  DeshGujarat
