Vadodara: Abusing the Hindu faith through controversial remarks in the classroom by a teacher attracted protest by Bajrang Dal in New Era high school of Makaranpura area in Vadodara. As per the parents, a lady teacher Kokila Makwana had told the children that Ramayan is fake and a statue of Hanuman in Sarangpur has been erected for money. One of the students spoke to his parents about such remarks by the teacher following which, the parents approached Bajrang Dal about it. The school principal sought a written apology from the teacher over this issue after Bajrang Dal’s protest. The teacher submitted a written apology accordingly. DeshGujarat
