What are the places in Gujarat that may receive rain this week?

Gandhinagar: The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a rainfall forecast for the state of Gujarat for this week, from August 14th to August 20th, with the possibility of light to moderate rain in several parts of the state.

On Monday, August 14th, light to moderate rain is expected across several districts of Gujarat, except Devbhoomi Dwarka, Porbandar, Jamnagar, Rajkot, Morbi, Botad, Surendranagar, Patan, and Mehsana.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, August 15th and 16th, Kutch, Banaskantha, Sabarkantha, Aravalli, Mahisagar, Dahod, Vadodara, Chhota Udepur, Bharuch, Narmada, Surat, Tapi, Navsari, Valsad, Porbandar, Junagadh, and Gir Somnath are likely to experience light to moderate rainfall.

However, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Mehsana, Patan, Kara, Anand, Panch Mahal, Bhavnagar, Botad, Surendranagar, Amreli, Rajkot, Morbi, Jamnagar, and Devbhoomi Dwarka are likely to witness dry weather on both days.

On August 17th, only a few districts of Gujarat are likely to experience light to moderate rain. These districts are Junagadh and Gir Somnath in the Saurashtra region, and Chhota Udaipur, Narmada, Surat, Tapi, Dang, Navsari, and Valsad.
