Renowned Cardiologist Dr. Tejas Patel approaches Cyber Crime Police

Ahmedabad: Dr. Tejas M Patel, a renowned cardiologist and the chairperson of Apex Heart Institute here in the city, has approached the cybercrime police regarding a viral message on WhatsApp that has been circulated in his name.
Dr. Patel posted a video on Facebook Tuesday and said, “a message is circulating on WhatsApp regarding the disadvantages of Palm oil in my name. But, i have no relation whatsoever with this message or its content. Therefore, I requests everyone with folded hands that whoever reads this message should ignore it. This message is a means to tarnish my reputation by some person or group.”
“I have submitted an official application to the cybercrime police in this matter, who are now investigating it”, Dr. Patel added.
In May 2021, during the COVID-19 period, Dr. Patel had disputed another fake post in his name, which claimed that he had announced the end of the second wave of Coronavirus. DeshGujarat
